Key features and applications

Built for high-production environments, capable of feed speeds up to 98 FPM with a rigid cast iron frame and industrial cardan shaft drive system for consistent, day-to-day performance. Large diameter spiral cutterheads with two-sided solid carbide inserts deliver aggressive stock removal while maintaining a clean, high-quality finish.

A spring-loaded pin feed system carries material smoothly over the bottom head, while an adjustable infeed bed allows precise control of material removal. Final thickness is set through a digital control, with the top head and feed assembly automatically positioning for fast, accurate setup and repeatable production results. Seven bottom rollers, including three powered rollers, provide strong material support and positive feeding—ensuring stable throughput and consistent tracking, even with heavy, wide, or rough lumber. 

Central greasing system

Heavy-duty full cardan shaft assembly
