Designed to maximize productivity, the Kalahari features independent pressure control, tower-style hold-down rollers for superior workpiece stability, motorized air jet belt cleaning and cooling, and an automatic belt braking system that helps prevent abrasive damage during tracking issues or power loss. A precision-ground feed table and variable feed speeds from 6–22 m/min (20–72 ft/ min) provide outstanding finish quality across a wide range of solid wood and panel applications.

This the 3-head Kalahari, available in 1100mm (43”) and 1350mm (53”) delivers the performance, durability, and consistency required for demanding single or multi-shift production environments. A 2-head configiration is also available in 700 mm (27”) and 1100 mm (43”) working widths.

This helps extend abrasive belt life, maintain consistent sanding performance, and improve finish quality and precision throughout demanding production applications.
